At Studio Sculpt, we strive to accommodate all our clients while maintaining an efficient schedule. To ensure fairness and to offer classes to those on the waitlist, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Clients may cancel their class reservation without any charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time will incur a fee of $15.

No Show Policy

At Studio Sculpt, we value the commitment our clients make to attend classes and understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. However, to maintain a structured schedule and ensure availability for all clients, we have implemented the following no show policy:

  • If a client does not attend a scheduled class and fails to notify the studio in advance, a fee of $22 will be charged to their account.

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their class reservations through our online system or by contacting the studio directly to avoid this charge.

Late Policy

At Studio Sculpt, we value the time and commitment of our clients as well as our instructors. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established the following late policy:

  • Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late to a scheduled class will not be permitted to join the session.

  • In such cases, clients will be subject to our cancellation policy and will incur a charge for the missed class.

Membership Hold Policy

At Studio Sculpt, we understand that our clients may need to take time off for vacations or personal reasons. To accommodate this, we offer a membership hold option.

  • Members can request to freeze their membership for a maximum of three months at a time.

  • A fee of $10 per month will be applied to freeze your membership.

  • Membership holds must be requested at least 7 days prior to the first day of the hold period.

  • During the hold period, you will not have access to classes or studio facilities.

  • Once you are ready to reactivate your membership, please notify us, and the hold will be lifted.

Membership Transfer Policy

Effective immediately, Studio Sculpt has implemented a strict policy regarding the transfer of memberships.

  1. Non-Transferable Memberships: All memberships are issued to individuals and are non-transferable. Members may not assign, transfer, or share their membership with another person, whether temporarily or permanently.

  2. Policy Enforcement: Any member found violating this policy will be subject to immediate cancellation of their membership without a refund.

  3. Exceptions: In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical issues), members may appeal to the studio management for special consideration. Such appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Client Respect Policy

At Studio Sculpt, we are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. To maintain this atmosphere, we expect all clients to adhere to the following guidelines regarding respect towards fellow clients and staff:

  1. Respectful Communication
All interactions within the studio should be conducted using respectful and positive language. Harassment, discrimination, or derogatory comments will not be tolerated.

  2. Personal Space
Respect the personal space of others. Be mindful of your surroundings and allow enough room for fellow clients to enjoy their workouts without feeling crowded.

  3. Shared Equipment
When using shared equipment, be considerate of others. Clean equipment after use.

  4. Punctuality and Consideration
Arrive on time for classes to avoid disruptions. If you need to leave early, do so quietly to minimize distraction for those still engaged in the class.

  5. Feedback and Concerns
If any issues arise, please address them calmly and respectfully with staff. We are here to assist and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

  6. Zero Tolerance Policy
Behavior that violates this policy may result in a warning or removal from the class. Repeat offenses may lead to further action, including suspension or termination of membership.

Food Policy

At Studio Sculpt, we are committed to maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for all our members and guests. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have established a policy regarding food within the studio premises.

Food of any kind is not permitted inside the studio. This includes snacks, meals, and any other edible items.

  2. Beverages Allowed:
While food is not allowed, members may bring water or other non-alcoholic beverages in a spill-proof container. Please ensure all containers are securely sealed when not in use.

  3. Designated Areas:
We encourage members to enjoy their meals at designated areas outside the studio. Please be mindful of keeping these areas clean and disposing of waste appropriately.

  4. Exceptions:
Any exceptions to this policy must be pre-approved by studio management for special events or circumstances.

  5. Enforcement:
Studio staff will remind members of this policy if necessary. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to maintain a welcoming environment for all.

At Studio Sculpt, we understand that some clients may wish to capture their personal progress and experiences during classes. To maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone, we have established the following recording policy:

  1. Personal Recording: Clients are permitted to film themselves during class. This may include individual practice sessions or moments of personal reflection.

  2. No Filming of Others: Clients are strictly prohibited from filming other participants in the class, including the instructor and fellow clients. This rule ensures privacy and comfort for all individuals present.

  3. Respectful Conduct: When recording, it is important to be mindful of your surroundings and avoid causing distractions to the instructor or other participants.

  4. Discretion: Please seek permission from individuals if you intend to capture them in your recordings, even if they are not the primary focus.

  5. Policy Compliance: Violation of this policy may result in a request to cease recording or further action if necessary to ensure a positive atmosphere for everyone.

Personal Property Policy

At Studio Sculpt, we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all our clients. However, it is important to note that all personal items brought into the studio are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • Responsibility for Belongings: Clients are encouraged to keep their personal items with them at all times. Studio Sculpt is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including but not limited to clothing, electronics, or personal valuables.

  • Valuables: We advise clients not to bring valuables into the studio. If personal items must be brought, clients should take precautions to secure them appropriately.

  • Lost and Found: Any personal items left behind will be placed in our lost and found. We will hold these items for a limited time. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period.

Dress Code Policy for Studio Sculpt

At Studio Sculpt, we prioritize your comfort and safety during all fitness classes. To enhance your experience, we ask that all clients adhere to the following dress code:

  1. Comfortable Clothing: Clients are required to wear clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Suggested attire includes:

    • Form-fitting leggings, shorts, or yoga pants.

    • Fitted tops or tank tops that do not inhibit movement.

  2. Footwear:

    • For all classes, it is recommended to go barefoot to allow for optimal range of motion.

    • For our Barre and Reformer Pilates classes, clients are required to wear grippy socks. These socks help provide traction on the reformers and studio floor, enhancing stability and safety.

  3. General Guidelines:

    • Avoid clothing with excessive zippers, buttons, or anything that may cause discomfort or distractions.

    • Ensure that all attire is clean and suitable for a fitness environment.
